Shipping Policy for Icon Merch Inc

1. Order Processing Time

At Icon Merch Inc, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. All orders are processed within [insert processing time, e.g., 2-3 business days] of receiving your order confirmation. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. With certain special order items your order will ship as soon as these items are received. You will be informed of such items upon your order.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs, including:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days after your order has been processed.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days after your order has been processed.
  • Overnight Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1 business day after your order has been processed.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays, customs processing, or inclement weather.

3. Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Icon Merch Inc ships to addresses within Canada as well as to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and international locations. Please note that shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses may take longer than standard delivery times.

4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of shipment, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Icon Merch Inc is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping, including tariffs, taxes, and other charges, are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Damages and Lost Packages

Icon Merch Inc is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order and it is damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assist you in resolving the issue.

7. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs processing and fees. Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on the destination country.

8. Shipping Restrictions
